Facebook reviled their new profile and look yesterday and I think people are really going to like it. The problem is it's going to take a couple weeks for the changes to make it the general public. If you are as impatient as I am then you don't want to wait for it roll out slowly over the next couple weeks. Well you don't have to you can enable it now. No one other than other developers will be able to see it, everyone else will just see your old profile.

In order to get the new profile look and timeline feature you have to be a developer, which isn't that big of deal really. All you have to do is add the developer add to your Facebook account, create an app, add the Open Graph settings, and you'll get an invite to the developer preview of the new profile look and features.

I'm not going to explain it all in writing because I have a video that shows you how to do it and a picture is worth a thousand words am I right? If you want a written description then checkout Techcrunch's writeup here.
