I just got this trophy at the same time as I unlocked Snake. You can get him by playing 15 brawls on Shadow Moses Island.

The Halberd is the airship ship belonging to Meta Knight. This vessel is the ominous ship we see in the Subspace Emissary. All you need to do to claim it is to beat Event #3: Pink Ball Repulsion.
