  • Introducing Cole

All of my life, I've loved animals and have wanted a dog. Actually, anything furry would have been great. However, some of my family are extremely allergic to anything furry, so unfortunately, no pets except a goldfish (not exactly cozy). When I moved out I was excited at the possibility of a pet...

  • Bunny Facts

If you're considering adding a rabbit to your brood, check out some of the things I've learned from my 5 month old bunny, Cole. Also check online for good sites and advice. Happy bunny trails! At that point they were almost the exact same size. They loved to chase each other around and play together. They would run under the couch and...

  • The Guinea Pig/Turtle

I was at a pet store a while ago and we saw a guinea pig hiding in one of those little plastic igloo shaped shelters. It really looked like a turtle with a fuzzy head. To make matters worse, the thing refused to come out of its shell, and just kept looking around from inside. It seemed to want some water...

  • Pet Squirrels

When I was younger, there was a hurricane that knocked a lot of young animals from their nests. My family decided to help out by adopting three baby squirrels who had lost their mother. They were a lot of fun and SO cute, but they were also a lot of work to take care of. They had to be fed every few...
