  • Azaleas

FSU is also littered with azalea bushes of varying colors. When they are in full bloom, the whole campus looks and smells great.

  • Ancient Tree

I used to have to walk this path every day to classes. On the way I would pass this tree that must be absolutely ancient. Its trunk is almost 3 feet wide and you can see that it was cut down to nothing but a stump years ago. There are pieces of metal driven into it that have now become part of the tree...

  • FSU Landis Hall Construction

FSU campus is always changing. During the 5 years I was there, we always had at least one major construction project going. I got to see entire buildings built from the ground up. • FSU Landis Green

  • FSU Live Oaks

FSU campus is shaded by the branches of live oak trees. I used to often lean up against the trunk of one of these trees while studying outside.

  • FSU Royal Palms

FSU is decorated with so much lush greenery. The royal palms give its streets such a majestic feel. Sometimes living in Tallahassee, I need the occasional palm tree to remind me I'm still in Florida.

  • FSU Dodd Hall

This is the street next to Dodd Hall. As you can see, FSU is a very green campus, full of trees and bad for cars. You pretty much have to pray you can get a parking space less than a mile from campus and walk everywhere during the day. Just walking to classes kept most of us in decent shape.

  • FSU Broward Hall

This was taken my senior year outside Broward Hall near the English buildings. I got to borrow the camera for the day so I took a walk around campus taking pictures.
