Well, if you want to bridge the gap between Brawl and the original Smash Bros., Classic Mode is probably the best way to do it. Of course, Classic Mode's a heck of a lot harder in the new game, so brace yourself!

I think Pikachu's best for target smash. First of all, he's really fast, and his recovery move allows him to navigate the levels efficiently. Also, he can take out targets high above him almost instantly with his down-B move. But most importantly, his B move sends out an electric projectile that...

I was amazed by how much The Subspace Emissary resembles the Kirby games. The painted backgrounds, frequent puzzles, and doors that teleport you to areas with special items are all very reminiscent to Kirby's magical world. The Subspace Emissary has a world map not unlike those of the Kirby games...

I also really like that you can choose your difficulty. Keep in mind, though: you unlock more stuff by clearing events on Hard mode, so only resort to the easier difficulties if you have to.

Do any of you use customized control styles, or do you stick to the defaults? I can't quite bring myself to get used to the normal Wii Remote control style, but my old Gamecube controllers just aren't holding up well. So I'm customizing my own controls to make it as similar to the Gamecube...

I finally unlocked my last character and got to play this mode. It's actually a lot easier than in Melee in many ways. This is probably to make up for how many new characters you have to fight in this mode. In the last game you had to fight random enemies in groups of one, two, then three. It was...

In this event you play as Meta Knight. You must keep Kirby from getting onto the Halberd at all costs. You have two lives but only about 1:20 on the clock before he reaches the deck and you fail. Hammer him hard and fast to clear this event. Reward: Halberd Trophy

WOW This is FUN! This battle takes place on the Great Fox. You play as Fox against Zelda and Meta Knight. The fun part is, you always have final smash power, so you can just keep summoning the Landmaster to blast them. I jumped up and down on their heads with it. There's nothing like a good bodyslam...
