That's very smart to paint the curbs with bright colors like that. Perhaps if we had those here, I wouldn't see so many people driving their cars off the road. Our curbs sometimes blend in with the sidewalk.
Blue & White = parking only for residents of the area (with stickers inside their windshields)
Red & White = forbidden, no one can park there
Red & Yellow = only for public transportation
Unmarked = anyone can park there
