Whooping Crane Migration to St. Marks

The whooping cranes, an endangered species, are being reintroduced to Eastern North America. This group has been led by ultralight gliders from Wisconsin to their new wintering home in St. Marks, Florida. They began their journey in October and finally arrived in St. Marks on January 17, 2009.
