I have made a couple miners on my characters and I have noticed that I seem to get gems more frequently as my skill goes up. I also found that when I'm just learning to mine a particular metal, I tend to get just 2 or 3 ore from it before it fades. When I have a much higher skill, I almost always get 4. Is it just me or has anyone else observed this?
