For those of you who are not familiar with Smash Brothers Brawl for the Nintendo Wii, it is arguably the best video game ever created. This game takes some of the most popular Nintendo characters from some of their best video games and pits them all against each other in one massive brawl. The Nintendo worlds collide into one massive glorious collective game with endless possibilities. In this game, anything can happen. Mario can finally use a gun, Starfox can summon Pokemon, Link can hit Pikachu with a baseball bat, Princess Toadstool can beat the shell off of Bowser, and just about any other scenario you can think of. With 5 campaign modes, nearly 40 unique characters, 30 stages, thousands of collectible items and secrets, customizable stages, and nearly limitless combinations of battle rules and items, this game has endless possibilities.
This game is the third in the Smash Brothers series. Those who have played the other Smash Brothers games will be happy to know that they have done very little to take away from the original gameplay. They have, however, added many new features to give this game practically unlimited replay value. For the first time in the Smash Brothers series, there is an adventure
mode with a full storyline arcing across your favorite Nintendo worlds,
and encompassing many of the greatest characters of all time. Also for
the first time, you can team up with a friend to overcome these
seemingly impossible challenges. Brawls can now be conducted online so we will never run out of opponents. Screenshots can be taken at all times, and movies are always recorded for instant playback. You can now build your own stages to battle on, and share these stages with friends online. They have also added many new characters, stages, and items to further expand gameplay. In essence, Nintendo took what was already one of the best games ever created, and made it in every better.
