
Kate: in times as economically difficult as this where stress seems to
be everywhere and at all times affecting our personal lives one can look for
refuge in the beauty of nature and the wonderfulness of being alive
Maggie: yes I like contemplation myself. Is a way of getting lost in
nature, It brings incredible feelings of inner peace and relaxation.
Kate: I usually take stroll in these gardens every morning and I find it
is a way of detoxifying from the daily problems I have to deal with in order to
move on in life
Maggie: I find that thru contemplation of nature I get in sort of a
trance where I loose myself in the flowers and the hummingbirds
Kate: look at all of these beauty
that surround, us life is precious and worth living.
Maggie: perhaps one of the greatest
tools I found to get the best out of
contemplation is the narturing of silence
