I heard ECM systems can be used to break enemy target locks and free you temporarily from their weapons fire, and more importantly, from their warp jamming and webbing effects. Before I invest a lot of time and money into this, how exactly does it work? Is it an effective means to break away from a would be fatal jamming? Does the target jamming give you a good advantage over enemies? What skills do you need to operate ECM? What items do you recommend as the best ECM fittings?
