The President of Sudan, Omar al-Bashir, was charged with genocide by an International Criminal Court. Without shelter, food, or water, these refugees have been left to starve to death, adding to the deaths upon his head. A panel of judges is expected to take two to three months to decide what to do about this. It's the first time a head of state has been directly charged with criminal charges.
