 I always hear about different types of classes and stuff, and how they own at pvp, but I want to know.... on everyone's opinion. List some facts or explain why you do =P

I've really got to hand it to Blizzard, they have done an extremely good job at balancing the classes so there really is no best class. I've seen every single class and spec be done well enough so they were really powerful.

Personally my favorite character for PVP is my lock. She's currently level 62 and I have been using her on battlegrounds. I'm competing with 69s who are red to me and I shouldn't have a prayer to kill them. Many of them also have full PVP epics. I'm mostly greens. But because of my gear specialization, talent spec, and playing style, I average mid to top scoring alliance almost every time. I rely on incredibly powerful DOTs and quick run speed to kill enemies without entering their attack radius. Of course I sacrifice any hope of survival for this reckless power. I have no hope of surviving a rogue attack, or most other melee class direct attacks.

hmmm, I had a 29 rouge but im planning on taking it to 70, but when i was lvl 29 i had the most fun pvping because i was unstoppable, lol some people thought i was a twink i was just a sub/class rouge with excellent gear. Thats why rouges are my favorite pvp class =] 

yay for rogues, rogues are great for pvp, as you can see most twinks are rogues...my friend has a twink lvl 19 pally, with 1.9k health 1.5k armor which is basically unstoppable at that lvl. so if u can fully twink out anyclass for pvp they will be good

It depends what type of PVP you are interested in - arena, world, or battlegrounds.

Ranged damaged classes are the most popular when solo'ing in any of the above 3. I believe hunters are under represented in the higher ranking arena teams, as often a warlock or a mage is preferred for their increased versatility. (It also depends on the brackets, in 2v2 you will see a lot of combinations and I have seen hunters perform very well there).

 For healing I believe druid to be the most powerful. Disc healing priests have also turned up a fair amount as well. Paladins are still exceptionally useful - I use mine in battlegrounds mostly and my priest for arena. In the world, I really don't have a choice and always try to make sure that they're in suitable equipment.

I have seen battlegrounds groups with a single paladin healer who had extremely high armor, and 2 rogues to support him. Naturally everyone attacks the paladin who acts as a decoy, but he's practically impossible to kill. The rogues both sneak up behind, double backstab, and one enemy drops. They just keep doing this until everyone is dead. If they get damaged, the pally can usually keep them alive. It's such a mean strategy but highly effective.
