When I stopped at the pet store to pick out my Lyretail Mollies, I noticed some tiny
babies hiding in the tank. I asked what they usually do with
them, and the store clerk said they usually end up as snacks. So I asked if I could give them a chance to survive. The guy scooped out as many as we could find and I now have 5 little black baby fish in my tank. Naturally the other fish in my 55 gallon tank would munch on them too, so I put them into a mesh playpen right next to the filter where they get a good supply of oxygen rich clean water. They are doing great eating finely ground fish flakes.
