Brittany is quite possibly the sweetest dog I have ever met. She's actually a little too sweet. She's almost the kind of sweet that makes you sick to your stomach. Whenever I walk in she demands I give her attention and will paw at me and cry until I stoop down and give her a hug. She loves hugs and kisses on the nose. She can be downright obnoxious if you ignore her. If you sit down near her, she will jump into your lap and lean up against your chest and stare up at you asking for attention.

When we adopted her as a tiny puppy she wasn't really ready to leave her mom, so I used to sleep on the floor with her and let her suck on my finger like a pacifier while she snuggled up against my arm. I had lots of free time that summer so I gave her all the attention she wanted. I think I overdid it. She's totally spoiled now. Most of the time you will find her snuggled up under the covers in someone's bed. I actually sat on her a few times without realizing she was under there.

I'm actually really glad she's like that though. She's like a big live stuffed animal for my sister and she loves her. She's also a bit overweight, which makes her easy to catch when she decides to do the beagle thing and try to hunt down some animal. You can usually catch up to her at a brisk walk. Overall she is a really good dog, even though she can be a bit annoying.
