That is so funny. It must be a pretty sweet kid to be so upset that his mommy might not love his brother though. My sister is adorable and has such a precious heart. She always means well but sometimes it can be a bit much. I was sleeping over at my family's house one night and curled up on the couch in my brother's room.
I was about to fall asleep when I heard *BANG BANG BANG LET ME INNNNNN!!!!!!!!* at the top of her lungs. When I opened the door she came in quietly and delicately and almost in a whisper said "here, I brought you a pillow..." She picked up my head and shoved the pillow under it very uncomfortably, then said sweetly, "goodnight...." and very quietly let herself out.
I was just about to readjust the pillow so I could get comfortable again when I heard *BANG BANG BANG LET ME INNNNNN!!!!!!!!* and she quietly came back in with a pillow sham and said "here, I brought you something soft" and draped it over my head, so I could barely breathe. I was choking back laughter when she let herself out again with another sweet "goodnight....".
I was trying to figure out if I should take the pillow sham off when I got another *BANG BANG BANG LET ME INNNNNN!!!!!!!!* "here, I brought you a flashlight so you won't get scared". She turned it on and propped it against my head so it shined right into my eyes. And she said "goodnight...." again.
So by this time I had a pillow craning my neck, a pillow sham smothering me, and a flashlight blinding me. But she thought she was just being really sweet and taking care of her big brother.
Every man dies, but few truly live. Live your life to its fullest, every day as if it were your last.
