Well Andreas Amann created a widget that does just that. The widget allows you to login to your Google Voice account and send SMS messages to anyone in your address book or your Google address book. Likewise you can also place calls from your Google number and have them connected to one of your forwarding devices.<br />All you have to do send a SMS or place a call is start typing the name of the recipient in the box and select the contact. Then enter your message or select the forwarding device and click the phone icon.
