Ripit can Compress Movies like Handbreak!

I downloaded Ripit from the MacHeist this morning and realized that it was a different version than I already had. Something I never liked about Macs is there is no Hibernation mode. You can put your laptop or iMac to sleep but you can't force it to hibernate until the battery reaches a certain point.
