Certain applications require more attention than others. My email application for example requires a lot of attention. All it takes is that little red number to popup on the dock and I have to go and check it out. I don't want to close the application because I don't want to have to relaunch it and wait for mail to download. When working on important projects its key to stay focused and prevent these interruption like that caused by my email program. HideAllApps solves this problem by allowing you to hide application that are going to distract you.

HideAllApps is a little app that sits on your Dock. Right clicking on the icon shows a list of the open application and the preferences. The app will hide application windows other than the active window and any checked application at a given time interval. You set the time interval in preferences menu and check all the application you want to stay visible. When using a specific application other windows will automatically hide themselves so they don't crowed or distract you.

The app is free check it out.
