MyNotes is a note taking application that helps you take notes and keep them organized. The application allows you to keep your notes organized by separating them into groups. You can add custom styles to your notes as well as customize the work area.  myNotes will also auto names the notes as you create them. Mynotes has a search functions built in as well as the ability to sync your notes to your iPod. Link typed into mynotes will automatically become active and can be launched from the program. You can even email your notes to friends directly from mynotes.

I like the fact the mynotes has the formatting setup such that you can easily take notes skip lines and type notes without bothersome formatting to get in the way. One thing I didn’t like about this program is that it doesn’t have enough shortcuts. I would like a shortcut to create a list, which is something I do a lot when I type notes. In order to make a list you have to click the option from the menu and then select options from a dialog box, which just takes too long. Other than a few little things like this I really like this note taking application. It has a free shareware version that limits the amount of notes you can take. The full version is $30.
