Free Mac Screen Capture

I have been Looking for a free way to do a screen capture on a Mac. I think that I may have found just the answer I was looking for in Copernicus. It is a free application that will allow you to do screen captures as well as screen shots. There are a couple of other application that will allow you to do screen captures but they are not free, and I am all about the free. The only thing I didn't get at first is that you have to hit f8 and sometimes you have to hold down the fn button and then it f8 to stop the recording or it seems as if the program has frozen up. So with that bit of warning you will be good to go.

Okay I found this other program that does this better but of course you have to pay for it. The program is called ScreenFlick and it's $25 bucks. It's a great program and you can use it for free and try it out but they put a lame watermark on the center of the screen so it's not really usable. anyways here is a link.
