I practice
every morning Yoga because I think it helps me attain peace and happiness
through out the day. I recommend it to my patients as a form of exercise
because it helps them develop inner feelings of wholeness and also their
spiritual self and wellbeing.
Yoga is a practical subject. It gives ethical
guidance, improves physical and psychological health, and is a tool for
spiritual development. That spiritual development starts with a desire for
happiness and harmony. Essential to achieving this is being good to yourself,
friendly to others, and strengthening the ability to direct your attention
where you want it. Feeling good is an important indication that you’re headed
in the right direction.
