that said, it truly makes sense to open the windows when it's cooler outside than inside. it's funny that, as obvious as it sounds, i don't do it automatically.

I love going Christmas shopping in short sleeves. I haven't seen snow in 15 years, except on The Weather Channel. Rain, when it does appear, is very much welcomed. And even when it rains, the sun still might be shining!

I love kayaking and St. Joseph bay is one of the coolest bays in North Florida. I have seen scallops, puffer fish, starfish, sea urchins, and a host of other fish and organisms. There is a great camp ground right off the bay where you can camp right in the middle of the palmetto forest. It's got a great beach right on the other side of the dunes too.

I think the one thing that turns some people off to locally-grown and organic food is that it's usually more expensive than at the bigger chain grocery stores.

But higher gas prices means higher grocery prices, so there isn't as much of a price difference between those big chain stores and what you buy at farmers' markets or your local co-op.

Work is one of the leading causes of stress in the lives of most people, but I recently learned that with a good boss, work can actually be fun. We really need more bosses like him in this world. He can get the best out of his workers because we actually want to do good work for him. I think this is one of the biggest trademarks of a good boss.

Considering that many full-time employees spend more of their waking hours with co-workers than with their families, it makes such a huge difference in overall quality of life.

I agree with Blogette that the world would be better if there were more like your boss.
