• Splitting large files for transfer

  I had to FTP a large file (~4.5 GB) from one server to another. It took over 4 hours. This was only a test move so I was going to have to do it again and possibly on a regular basis and on the weekend. 4 hours was just too long to sit around baby-sitting...
