Title: Laughter seems to be the best medicine to protect the heart.
Doctor Michael Miller director of the center of preventive cardiology at the university of Maryland and also head of the research project concerning the relation between health and laughter, found that a period of open and uninhibited laughter benefits the heart, relaxing the endothelium and increasing blood flow, just as it happens when one engages in aerobics exercises.
This proves that if we laugh for a while every day we may be able to avoid a heart attack.
